New server setup.

First time setting up a MS Server 2003 for my small office. The setup is as follows:

modem>router>server(nic1) / server(USB nic2)>switch

I want the server to handle DHCP, but I’m having difficulty with the settings. So I should set the server with a static ip, say 192.168.1.2 Now, I should set the scope as 192.168.1.3-100

I’m not sure what to put in the DNS and WINS windows. “Parent domain”? Do I obtain that from my ISP?
