New to 2K3 home network

I am trying to set up a home network with Win 2K3. Can someone tell me if I am doing the right thing?

My cable modem goes into a WIFI Linksys router (its IP is 192.169.1.1).
The router goes into a hub, in which connects 3 workstations and a 2K3 server acting as a DC, DHCP and IIS.

the 2K3 config is:

IP 192.168.1.10
Mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1 (the router)
DNS 192.168.1.10

Is everything ok? Will it work?
