New web server crashing

I have a friend in need. Please help…

To all my TECH friends,

I need some help! We’re having a problem with a new web server we are running here. Once a day the IIS on this thing crashes…needing a restart. Then the next day same thing, some times twice a day. The wonderful people down in Networking & Operations have no clue. (So glad I’m a programmer.) If anyone out has a clue or ever had a problem like this one please help me.
