new window position

Sometimes when I click on a button in a web site, a pop-up window appears, but the window is always too small. After I adjusted the size and closed the window, it’ll pop-up with the old size again.

How can I save the settings of the pop-up window?
I used Chinese Windows 98 and IE6.
