New Years resolution

I’m wanting to start a New Years resolution but need to know where to start and where to go. I’m currenlty in a server design position at a large company. I don’t mind what I’m doing and not really looking to move but I’m wanting to expand my knowledge base and possible get some certs under my belt. So what are your all suggestions for the new year? Red Hat? LongHorn? Cisco? something more generic like security, linux, Business (management) etc?
