Newly added computers not showed in the AD

We are implementing WIN 2008(Std 64 bit) AD in our Oraganisation.Our branch admins added more than 70 PC’s in a Site and there is no issue with the AD. But we found out 2 pc’s that have been added to the AD didn’t appear in the default computer container. But can login using AD user account. On the first login both showed “Please wait while domain list is created” took more than 5 min to select the domain.
I tried 3-4 times re adding those two pc’s to AD. But no luck. I use dsquery to search hostnames .No result. What’s going on ? it’s weird …Please help ?
