Nework Design

I need to connect 13 PC deployed in 13 offices (which are my client) with in 2KM area, with my office LAN.What sort of cable I have to use to connect them, what are the renge of those cables, how to extend the network. What sort of equipment I need to extend the network. Most of the offices are more than 700 meter far from my office.
