NIC Problem

My nic keeps turning off on its own & diconnects me from the internet. I use a server and hv 2 nic’s one is ok that feeds to other pcs but that from my router is the problem. Thesoftware is SBS 2003 & i have ISA server 2004. I hv done everything i.e change the power options but to no avail
