NIC Teaming Software

Does anybody know of any 3rd party teaming software for NICs? I know Broadcom has BASP, but it only works on Broadcom adapters. We have a ton of Linksys EG1032 gigabit adapters that someone bought a couple of years ago, and I’d like to throw them into some of our older servers that have 100MB cards, but I need to be able to team them for both failover and load sharing/balancing.
