Nic to Nic Communication

I have two servers with two nic’s each. The primary nic is used for general network traffic on a 192.168.0.0 network with a mask of 255.255.255.0. The second nic I want to set up on a separate subnet with a cable connected from nic in server “A” to the nic in server “B” and have an automated job move files from server “A” to server “B” so the primary network bandwidth is not impacted. How can I do this?
