No access to local folder when logged onto doman

Hi,

I’ve boiled my issue down to:

When logged in locally (Vista Business/XP Pro)there is no access to the mapped (..\documents and settingsuser..)drive, as setup on the users server 2003 profile. And vise versa, when logged in to the network, there is no access to the Documents and Settings folder locally.

This makes installing some programs not run properly.

Ideas?
