No access to workgroup

Running XP SP3 home
My Network Place
Entire Network
Microsoft Terminal Services
Web Client Network
BUT NOT MICROSOFT WINDOWS NETWORK

ON WIFI card / Local Area Connection / 1394 connection I cannot add “Client for Microsoft Networks”
I got this message” Cannot install Client network component”… Could not add requested component the error is: The specified path doesn’t contain applicable device INFs”
Where can I find such INF files ??
