No Copy,Paste or share from any profile

I have a NT workstation 4.0, I cannot copy, paste or share anything at all from any profile, even admin. Once I click copy from any menu, the paste option is greyed out. I have SP 6, IE 5.0 with SP1, Office 97 with SP 1, I have tried the clean sweepwith the Office disk and removed all traces of Office from the machine. I have preformed a virus scan with Fprot and Fsecure with the latest upgrades. None are successful. Please help
