No domain server was available to validate your password.

i have a windows 2000 domain running, users from Winxp , Win 2000 Professional & win 98 logs into this domain.

now users from Win 98 are not able to login to domain. they get the folllowing error message when they try to login to domain.

“No domain server was available to validate your password. You may not be able to gain access to some network resources”

this is happening only with win98 machines & not with any other users who are logging in with Winxp & win 2k Pro.

i checked everything with Win98 tcp/ip properties & reconfigured it couple of times.

whatz causing this error & whatz the solution ?
