No Network Neighborhood

I am unable to connect to the workgroup in network neighborhood on three computers in the office network. I can access the server through shortcuts already created on the computers. Other computers see each other just fine. They have ip addresses and are able to access the internet. I just cant map new network drives because I cant go through network neighborhood. It doesn’t see anything.
Help!
