No power

I have a HP6730.mY COMPUTER went dead .I opened the case and the fan is not working nothing no beeps nothing.What would be the first thing to change .I think its the power supply but I’M not sure.Like I said it just went dead. When I try to reboot there is nothing no beeps no sound ,nothing
