No Print from a NT4 PS fm Win2kPro

I have shared my printer on a NT workastation. When i print from a Win2000Pro machine to this print server, it does not print. The print job appears momentarily in the Print console and then disappears! But, When i boot the same system in NT4 workstation, the print comes out fine!
