No red colour displayed

I am trying to sort out a friends pc, but there is no red colour diasplayed thru the monitor, it is not the monitor itself, but am wondering if this could be the colour card, as i have been told that if it was the colour card it would affect all the colours?

Have tried to look att he settings but not overly sure what i need to be looking at, Can anyone please advise me on this……
