NORMAL CPU temp CORE2 DUO 2.4GHZ USING THERMALRIGHT XTREME

Can anybody advice me if my CPU temperature
is normal?
Morning when i open my PC CPU temp is at 37-
39C. But when started to to internet
browsing,Streaming,etc my CPU temp goes up to
44-50 degC during afternoon and night my temp
would b around 44 degc.

Hi Im using ASUS P5Q-E MOBO and CPU 2.4 ghz
core2duo with Thermalright xtreme 120 using
S-FLEX fan 1600rpm
