nortel vista client

I have install the nortel vista client and cannot connect to my noretl contivity vpn box.
The error is” no responce from host check event log. Nortel has not been able to help me with this. The xp client on an xp machine works fine. I am using a radius server to authenticate via the contivity 1010 box.
