Norton AntiVirus AutoProtect Disabled

I have Norton Corporate Edition Ver 10.0.0.359 . The autoprotect disabled and the icon on the tray has a red circle on it and from time to time there is a yellow messaage ” Auto Protect Disable ”
Can any body help me to solve this problem
