Norton Antivirus Client Firewall not installed

I have 9 computers with lan. I installed Norton Antivirus Coporate Edition 10.1 (10 users Business pack) to Server and all clients. I can communicate with all clients through the Symantec Antivirus System Control Console. I can Configure all options. But the staus of Antivirus firewall on all clients are appere as “Firewall not installed”. Please help me how is solve this problem. I tried many time to solve it from antivirus cd. But,I can’t get any option to install symantec firewall. The windows firewall is enabled on all clients. So, there is any other way to install client firewall program.
