Norton Trouble, won’t install/uninstall/reinstall

Can’t Uninstall, Can’t reinstall, and can’t change the version.

When I try to uninstall it says you cannot uninstall something that is not installed.

When I try to reinstall, it seems to recreate the C:\program files\Norton Anti Virus
folder, but doesn’t fix the registry.

When i try to change to Norton 2002, it says “Norton corporate edition is already installed, please uninstall it first”

So I am stumped here.

There doesn’t seem to be a removal tool for Norton corporate edition. 7.60.926

Help anyone?
