Not a Valid Win32 Application

I am working on a new Dell workstation that has XP Home for the OS. I am attempting to install some AV software however I receive the error message “.exe is not a valid win32 application.” I just loaded the exact same application on another workstation and the install went fine. Any ideas? Thanks!
