not able to access internet.

I recently installed fedora core6 on my desktop computer.I set all the configuration for internet.At that time the i was able to access internet.But problem was created when i change the IP.Now i m not able to connect to internet.
I set all the configuration.Please give me suggestion so that i will able to connect internet.
