not able to connect to internet.

I am using compaq laptop, i able to connect to internet by cable but not able connect with my apple aipport express. this only happen to this paticural laptop, other compaq laptop not happen.
when i connect to internet using apple router, always say page not found, i check the connection, signal strenght show excellent .
i check network connection, only laptop to router, router to internet blank.
