not able to connect to VPN server

Hi,

I have made incoming connetion on the w2k3 server. It is DC. I have assigned a Live IP to the server. when i am connecting to this vpn server following error is displaying:
Error 800: Unable to establish a VPN connection. A VPN server may be unreachable, or security parameters may not be configured properly for this connection.
