not able to install the Internet Explorer7

Well i am trying to install ie7 on my computer after all cheks when it finalizes the installation it tell me that some anti spyware or anti virus program is hindring the insatllation and leave a help on the desktop. While I have already uninstalled the anti viurs and anti spyware. Please help me
