Not able to open only Microsoft.com on Windows Server 2003

Hi,
I am not able to open microsoft.com and “updates.microsoft.com” on our windows Server 2003. However i am able to open “support.microsoft.com” and all other websites,secure or non secure. Please suggest what can be done.
