Not able to Ping a system from lan

1)We have a big lan setup, I am not able to ping one of our system from the lan at the same time the other PCs or able to ping from this PC. The internet and local intranet is also working fine.

2)The remote tab on the MyComputer properties is hide on the same system.
Can any one help me to solve this problems?
