Not access to NT 4.0 Servers

HELP!!I am running a windows nt40 domain, with four windows 2000 Application servers. I have applied Windows 2000 SP2 and the encryption pack. I am having a problem access resouces on my nt40 servers, and I have trouble access resouces from my 2k servers from my nt40 servers. I am running WINS to see if this will make a difference, but that does not work. I am a little mystified as to what the problem is?
