Not enough disk space

I am using Power CD + G Burner and trying to rip cds to my computer. I am getting an error saying that I have 0 space available when I actually have 37 gigs. I am using XP Professionl, I restarted twice, check disk, defrag and ran anti virus. What could be causing this?
