Not enough hardware resources available

Windows 98 is not able to use XWAVE Sound Blaster Device because there are not enough hardware resources available on your computer (free IRQ resources: None).
How can I take care of this problem? I did not have this problem before, but unfortunately I can not explain HOW this problem appeard.
