Not printing

I have a hp1300 printer. when i send print it will not print. it has three lights all lights are turning on. printer doesn’t make any action.In the tray the paper is also enough.There is enough toner too. can it be the problem of eraser lamp(first stage cleaning problem) or any other problem could be it.
