Not recieveing external email

I have one user in my building that can send external and internal email and can recieve internal email but cannot recieve external email at all! yahoo sends back this error message when trying to send him an email “Remote host said 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name” Im running server 2003 with exchange. Any ideas on how to fix this would be huge!
