Not Replicating

I am the netadmin for an environment of 12 workstations, all run win2000 except 3, those are Win XP machines. There are 3 servers they are 2 Win2000 Server and 1 Win2003 server. One domain controller/1 BDC. The problem is that they are not replicating. Any thoughts?
