Not working the subfolder creation in 2003 Server using ASP>NET

Eventhough there is a “NETWORK SERVICE” permission to the main folder, I am not able to wirte from the subfolders created dynamically in 2003 Server using my ASP.NET application. Even I donnt it is creating the sub folder too. Please help.
