Note Pad screen pops up after Boot WinXP

After running Beagle virus Fix on WindowsXP, I get following Note Pad window and stays open on desktop after boot. I followed instructions from Symantech completely. I did disable System Restore before running Virus Fix. No Beagle Virus found but now I have this screen after boot and wil not close automatically the way it should.
