Notification of Delegation

by airmen80 . Updated 25 years, 2 months ago

We need to send mail from our email server to our cell phones.
Due to the message size limitations of the cell phones the best
way to do this is to delegate them.
This way you do not recieve all the forwarding info.
The only problem with delegating is the the senders keep getting a
notification saying their message was delegated to
someone else. This causes a problem because the execs keep
getting phone calls asking where the senders confidential emails
are going. Is their a way in Groupwise 5.x to stop the notification
of delegation from going out?
This is what it says in the email the sender recieves:
“Your message sent on 22/3/2001 20:21 was delegated to another user.”
The route a email would take is:
1. Into our exchange 2000 server
2. Through GW Connector to GW 5.X
3. To recipient (GWISE MAILBOX)
4. Rule set to delegate to cell phone
5. Mail delegates to internet through connector to exchange 2000 to internet.
6. Notification emailed to Original Sender that their message was delegated.
I need this stopped. Help.
