NOVEL & MICROSOFT SQL SERVER

Dear All,

I have here one of my clients, he have a SOLOMON SOFTWARE FROM MICROSOFT , on NOVEL Operating system INSTALLED & HE IS WORKING ON THIS SOFTWARE UNDER NOVEL SINCE 4 YEARS.

NOW, HE WANTS TO CHANGE & MOVE TO WINDOWS SERVER 2003.

he wants to take out the All the Data, which is on Novel Operating system & put it on Windows Server 2003.

can anyone please guide me to the steps which i can implement in order to make the Migration of the Software from old operating system to Microsoft operating system.
