Novell 4.2 server re-boots.

I have a Pentium iii wih 64MB, 20GB loaded Novell 4.2. The machine works fine most of the time, but suddenly restarts. The error
message says ‘memory may be corrupt’, but there is no problem with the memory. There is no problem with power supply.
