novell 5.1, xp and printers

Hi
My company has a novell 5.1 server with 4 Me workstations and 2 xp workstations. I cannot get the printers on the xps to be seen by the DOS program on the server. How can this be fixed? I want to add more XP workstaions and get rid of the MEs.
