I was wondering if any one else was experciencing this problem and had any ideas on what to troubleshoot. Our company recently upgraded all of our WIN98SE clients to Novell Client 3.3. The Netware Server verison is NW5 SP1. The clients were previously on Client 3.2. Since the upgrade a number of users are experceining problems during there first print job of the day. It will take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes to print anything.
I was wondering if maybe the client someone was trying to figure to use TCP/IP or IPX to print or if it was trying to authenicate to the printer. Any ideas? Thanks to anyone who helps.
