NOvell Client not remaining resident

Upon replacing HDD and ghosting from a similar machine, the computer states that “moduleC:\novell\client32\trannta.nlm did not remain resident”
Also, “unable to load novellnp.dll. One of the library files needed are missing.”
This occuring on a W95 machine in an educational setting.
Any suggestions?
