Novell Client on Windows 2000

We are running Windows 2000 on high spec PC’s with Novell Clients on.

The problem is that if we search, copy, browse our local network it is far slower than Windows NT used to be. If we log in locally without Novell then browsing, coping and searching is a lot better, but still slow compared to NT 4.

All the PCs have the latest client connecting to Novell 5.1.

I think it is a plan that Bill is using to stop everyone using Novell, but how do I speed up my network connection
