Novell Client Trust doesn’t start when a specific user log in

Hello all, I am having a problem with Novell client trust, I use Novell Client 4.91Sp3. When a specific user login into the system, the CLNTRUST.EXE doesnot execute and as such the user cannot access the internet but if the user log in with a different ID and then re-login back from his ID he can have access to the internet.
The user can also find access to internet if he manually clicks on Sys/Public/CLNTRUST.exe.

I would appreciate any help on the issue, Also I am a newbie in Novell network administration so any additional info will be highly appreciated.
