Novell delivered applications issue

I created a user to have access to an application i installed. I Installed Zenworks configured the application to have it associate with the user I created and checked off application Launcher. Inserted NALexpld.exe on the start up folder, but when it launches it does not show the icon on delievered applications that I created for the user. It launches a blank delivered application window. Please advs.
