Novell Licensing Service(NLS) to manage MS Office Pro2000

I want to install MS Office Pro2000 on a netware server and use Novell Licensing Service(NLS) to manage MS Office Professional 2000. Is MS Office written to the LSAPI specification? Does Microsoft have any white papers on the novell install?
