Novell netware 3.11 for windows 98 clients

I was trying to remove a system that uses novell
so we removed novell through the network properties, but now we want to put it back and installing it seems to be a big problem.
I ran the setup from the cd, after reboot the red N now appeared in the system tray, the properties were the same as before. I need the logon prompt so I can connect to the server which is not happening, what do I do?
