Novell Netware 4.1

I am using Novell Netware ver 4.1 with SFT III for mirroring.

When one server is down I should able to continue with the other server without user notice.
But at present if one server downs I have to logout and re-login to continue the work.
I am using Accton’s ethernet card in my server.
